Exceptions

This means you must actively use the content and allow us to support you in getting your store set up and running.
If, after 30 days of genuine use and guided setup, you still feel that the product does not meet expectations, you may be eligible for a full refund.
What this guarantee does not cover
To protect our platform and other honest customers, we do not grant refunds under the following conditions:
• If a request is made within the first 24–72 hours, without any effort to use or test the products
• If the product has been accessed, downloaded, or used, and then a refund is requested
• If you simply change your mind or decide “it’s not for me” without testing it
• If you refuse support or guidance, making it impossible to assess or resolve your concerns
• If we detect abuse or manipulation of the refund system
Please note: Digital products cannot be “returned”, and access to private resources, links, and platforms is granted immediately upon purchase. For that reason, all refund requests are evaluated carefully and must be justified with real usage and cooperation.
